About

Healthy Start Family Resource Center continues serving our neighborhood and the surrounding communities.

Our Family Resource Center provides a variety of resources and referrals to help families and individuals in many areas depending on what their needs are.

We are located at the Franklin Elementary School.

Franklin Healthy Start Family Resource Center

Mission

To provide support services to families in your community to create and sustain safe and healthy communities.

Student Success Team

Our Student Success Team (SST) meets twice a month to deal with high-risk cases. The purpose of these meetings is to help parents, children, and faculty members with the following goals:

  • improve academic welfare;

  • psychological & emotional state of mind

Every meeting is confidential. Referrals will be made according to student and/or family needs.

Parent Café

The Parent Café takes place every 1st and 3rd of the month. The Parent Café offers a venue for parents to safely express any concerns. The Parent Café is offered in English and Spanish.

Counseling

The Healthy Start Program works in collaboration with the Center for Human Services Agency to provide mental services to our community. Please contact us or visit the Franklin Healthy Start Family Resource Center to request counseling.
