There is a great opportunity for this summer if you are interested in owning your own business. The deadline has been extended for this great program, called the "Summer Entrepreneurship" program. This program is 10 hours a week for 9 weeks and you can learn from business owners about owning your own business. See Mr. Myers right away if you are interested.

Graduating seniors: Vector company sells Cutco knives and is looking to hire............see Mr. Myers for information

Any person that becomes employed in a business that serves food must be certified as a safe food handler within 30 days of employment. The certification process includes an online course and a $15.00 fee and is good for three years. I feel it would benefit students to have the card BEFORE getting hired as it shows initiative and may help the student get hired. See Mr. Myers

Chicken Barn in McHenry Village is looking to hire……………………….get the application in person. This is a good opportunity to get a job with a good, busy company. Good Luck, Mr. Myers
